Our Rwanda Journey
1. Our Rwanda Journey started with a prestigious project of implementing Balanced Score Cards in the Development Bank of Rwanda. This 3 weeks project had a landmark success for us and beginning of our presence in this beautiful country with great people.
2. Next project we picked up was the Training and Certification of the staff of National Capacity Building Secretariat on The Best Practices of Project Management based on PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner. We feel proud to state that ALL the participants of this training got successfully certified as PRINCE2 Practitioners with an unmatched ability to handle projects in accordance with PRINCE2 Practices.
3. Another prestigious project executed after winning the Open Tender of Rwanda Revenue Authority on the Training and Certification of the RRA staff on The Best Practices of Business Analysis based on GAQM's Certified Professional Business Analyst Course. The training got delivered with unmatched international standards with ALL the participants getting successfully certified on CPBA.
